Ensuring that we’re a good fit to work together and answering any questions you have is extremely important to me. That’s why the first step in the process of therapy with me is a quick, free consultation via phone or video call. It costs you nothing except 15 minutes of your time. Contact me so we can find a time that works for both of us.

Hour-long individual session

My rate is $110/hour for individual therapy. This includes 50 minutes dedicated to our session and 10 minutes reserved for me to write and review documentation, as is the case for most therapists. This amount is prorated for sessions that are scheduled for longer than an hour.
